Camel Valley Connect offers reliable transport solutions to enhance connectivity in the region. Our team is dedicated to providing efficient and safe transportation, ensuring that you reach your destination hassle-free. We aim to cater to every local community travel need with commitment and professionalism.
GROUP HIRE
We also have a minibus for hire or self drive hire for charitable groups within Bodmin, Wadebridge, Lanivet and the surrounding area.
To hire one of our 16 seat (including the driver) minibuses, you will need to be a charitable not for profit organisation and will need to register with Camel Connect Community Transport by completing an application form and paying a nominal annual subscription fee. Our hire charges are very competitive and great vale for small groups or parties. Unfortunately, we do not hire our vehicles out for stag and hen parties, the vehicles can be hired with a driver or on a self-drive basis.
Should you wish to nominate your own driver, your driver will have to register as a volunteer driver for Camel Valley Connect, completing an application form, a license inspection, a driving assessment and some training.
RING & RIDE
A bespoke door to door service for individual members who wish to travel to various locations, clubs or events within Bodmin, Wadebridge, Blisland, Lanivet and the surrounding Camel Valley area. You will need to be eligible for this service, so please ring our coordinator to check. You can then book a journey at a very reasonable price and we will do our best to meet your request, if we can’t offer you an alternative. A service to help you get out and about, meet new people and make new friends. We also work in collaboration with other charitable organisations such as Age UK - (Cornwall and Iles of Scilly), Healthy Cornwall and into-Bodmin.
